Summary:  View help for Summary This is data, code, and replication instructions for "Do Local Conditions Determine the Direction of Science? Evidence from U.S. Land Grant Colleges." In this project, we test whether land grant colleges that are located in counties that are agriculturally unrepresentative relative to the rest of their states also tend to produce research focusing on more unrepresentative crops.
