Depression is a significant mental health concern among
adolescents, and research has shown the connection between insecure attachment
and depression. Clinical practice could benefit from increased attention to
this relationship. This dataset focuses on self-compassion, self-efficacy, and
trait resilience as mediators between insecure attachment (specifically
attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance) and depression.
