PRINCIPLE OF AUTONOMY IN PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL MOROCCAN LAW: FROM CONSECRATION TO LIMITS
AbstractThe aim of this article is to determine the role attributed to the principle of autonomy in the resolution of disputes arising from international contracts. This article focuses on how moroccan private international law and Rome I regulation devote the legal consecration of the law of autonomy. From this perspective, the paper attempts to determine the obstacles preventing the application of a foreign law through the prism of moroccan private international law and the Rome regulation on the applicable law to contractual obligations.Keywords: Principle of autonomy, private international Moroccan law, Rome I Regulation, international contact.Scope of Project
