التأطيرية إلى الترافع الاحتجاجي
ملخص البحثتتمحور الدراسة وفق محددات أساسية، تقارب أولا، مراحل تطور العلاقة بين الدولة والمجتمع المدني بالمغرب التي خضعت لمحطات، وفق تطور النسق السوسيو السياسي وفي سياق تحكمه تفاعلية متبادلة بين الصراع والمنافسة والدعم والاحتواء، وتحول المجتمع المدني بعد دستور 2011 نحو الترافع للمطالبة بالحقوق والحريات الأساسية المادية والمعنوية في سياق تنامي الحركات الاحتجاجية، أبرزنا في نقطة ثانية، تعدد وظائف المجتمع المدني، مقابل أزمة ثقة المحتجين في أدوار المجتمع المدني ما انعكس سلبا على تدبيره الاستباقي للتوترات المجتمعية، وفي نقطة ثالثة استحضرنا فرضية العلاقة التبادلية والتداخل الوظيفي بين الدولة الحديثة والمجتمع المدني.

Statehood and civil society from the framing function to the protest pleading
Based on fixed criteria this study aims to approach the following points. Firstly, the principal steps of the relation between statehood and civil society. By using the improving of social and economic system under a context controlled by interactions, conflicts, competition, aid, and containing. The civil society in Morocco after 2011 has transformed to demand rights and basic freedoms after the big social movements. Secondly, civil society brought many new and multi-functions in front of the crisis of trust between the actors of civil movements in their roles. Which have many negative impacts on the precedent managing of social problems. Thirdly, by taking in our account the interactive relation between modern statehood and civil society.
