Project Description
Summary:
View help for Summary
Using state mental health agency data, US Census data, FBI Uniform Crime Reporting Data, and other public databases, we constructed a panel of
the 50 US states over nine years. We used the resultant Stata .dta file in order to apply an instrumental variables empirical
model with state- and time-specific fixed effects to adjust for policy
endogeneity, omitted variable bias, and time trends.
