Readme:  The data for 1990-2017 are available from the Bureau of Labor Statistics at https://www.bls.gov/cew/downloadable-data-files.htm. We accessed the data in May 2015 for all years prior to 2014, August 2015 for 2014, August 2016 for 2015, September 2017 for 2016, and August 2018 for 2017.
