Project Description
Summary:
View help for Summary
A cross-sectional dataset of state legislative districts from the US States. Districts from the 2000 and 2010 redistricting waves have been matched via an algorithm described in the paper. Various political characteristics of each district have been attached including two party vote share in the most recent state legislative election prior to the 2010 redistricting and incumbent party prior to the 2010 redistricting. The programs provided analyze these data to produce the tables and figures from the paper.
