The full draft of my peer reviewed article in Nature Climate Change can be found at . I include the underlying IRS county-to-county migration data for the period 1990-2013, and the county-to-county migration flows assuming adaptation and no-adaptation scenarios under the 1.8m SLR scenario by 2100.
