Summary:

The Michigan Public Policy Survey Public Use Datasets: Emergency Manager Law Data, Spring 2011 contains a subset of the data collected in the Spring 2011 dataset. Michigan’s “Local Government and School District Fiscal Accountability Act” (the Emergency Manager law) was covered in questions 48-52 of the Spring 2011 MPPS survey. In order to protect respondent confidentiality, this public use dataset includes only a subset of those questions.
