Summary:

The Michigan Public Policy Survey Public Use Datasets: State Direction and Job Performance Evaluation

Data, Spring 2014 contains a subset of the data collected in the Spring 2014 dataset. The direction in

which the state is headed, as well as evaluations of the job performance of Governor Rick Snyder, the

Michigan Legislature, and state agencies or departments were covered in question 31-37 of the Spring

2014 MPPS Survey. This dataset also includes content about potential statewide ballot initiatives for

November 2014, which were covered in questions 38-40. In order to protect respondent confidentiality,

this public use dataset includes only a subset of those questions.
