Search openICPSR

Find and share social, behavioral, and health sciences research data.

  • Search terms can be anywhere in the study: title, description, variables, etc.
  • Because our holdings are large, we recommend using at least two query terms:

  • Use quotes to search for an exact expression:
    "social mobility"
  • You can combine exact expressions with loose terms:
    "united states" inmates
  • Exclude results by using a MINUS sign:
    elections -sweden -germany

Folder Description

Summary:  View help for Summary The Spring 2010 MPPS wave focused on fiscal, budgetary and operational issues, as well as economic development issues. Additional batteries of questions focused on intergovernmental cooperation, trust in federal, state, and other local governments, land-use planning, and the federal stimulus package.

In order to protect respondent confidentiality, we have divided the data collected in the Spring 2010 Michigan Public Policy Survey into separate datasets focused on different topics that were covered in the survey. Each dataset contains only variables relevant to that subject, and the datasets cannot be linked together.  A more complete dataset, containing all questions asked in Spring 2010 is available for researchers through openICPSR's Virtual Data Enclave.
