Summary:

The Michigan Public Policy Survey Public Use Datasets: Special Taxing Authorities Data, Spring 2011 contains a subset of the data collected in the Spring 2011 dataset. Special taxing authorities, such as a Downtown Development Authority, a Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, or other similar authorities, were covered in questions 26-29 of the Spring 2011 MPPS survey.
