Project Description

Summary:  View help for Summary Describes research posing three questions. (1) Have rich countries improved their own environments by importing goods produced in polluting factories? (2) Has pollution worsened in countries manufacturing those goods for export to rich countries? And (3) have the environmental regulations enacted by rich developed countries caused either of the first two changes?
