Folder Description

Summary:  View help for Summary This folder contains Python and R code needed for the analysis.

Python:
- flickr_download_OSMP.py was first run to download Flickr data from the area. Note: we don't make the output CSV of this publicly available due to privacy concerns with sharing Flickr data. We do make photo lat/long coordinates available, which are in the "shapefiles" folder (flickr_coordinates.shp).

R:
- Spatial_cluster_and_maps.Rmd was used to create maps of the area, and run spatial cluster analysis to help determine sampling locations.
- Data_cleaning_and_analysis.Rmd cleans all the data, connects survey and Flickr data, and runs all the statistical analyses presented in the paper.
- Comparing May-June to other months.Rmd is only used to generate Table E.1 in the supplementary material (Appendix E). It compares the content in Flickr photos from May and June to other months.
