The Spring 2014 NSEE was the 11th wave in the NSEE survey program. The survey included longitudinal questions about belief in climate change, plus additional content related to a carbon tax, willingness to pay to prevent temperature rise, an experiment about discount rates, and more. The results are based on a telephone survey of 798 adult (age 18 or older) residents of the United States between March 24 and April 9, 2014. Respondents were interviewed in English on both landlines (425) and cell phones (373) by the staff of the Muhlenberg College Institute of Public Opinion (MCIPO) in Allentown, Pennsylvania on the Institute’s Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system.
